ABOUT

The Milman Iattract Academy was established in January, 2005 by local residents the Odula family.

The founders saw a need to establish a school as it was near impossible for the nursery age group children to walk the long distances to public primary facilities especially during the rainy seasons.

Since its foundation, The Milman Academy has provided education, a basic human necessity, to underprivileged and orphan children in Kaswanga Village, Kenya. The academy covers all primary school years, from ages 3 up to age 15.

The school started off with only 30 children, with now over 111 children who come from different family structures and situations. We strive to break the cycle of poverty by providing holistic development for children and the local community.

'Our aim is to meet each child's physical, educational, spiritual and social need.'

Through the generosity of people like you, hope is kept alive that these underprivileged children will flourish and become productive members & future leaders of the community.
